Seeing this new baby, the joy she brought, the miracle she is and the amazing innocent spirit that she has was at times breath taking.
I am so happy that I got to share this experience with Erin and Steffon.
Unfortunately I didn't get to be in the room during he delivery, but I was able to be in the nursery with the babe after and also in recovery with Erin...
Erin is so amazing, beautiful and brave. She is such a great Mamma. Benson was so cute. On ehte way home from the hospital on Monday, he kept saying, "my mamma is so brave, and she is staying at the hostiple.... she got the baby out".
Ellie loves her new sister so much, and just wants to hold her all the time.
Our new baby girl is so precious... 6lbs 4oz 18 1/4 inches. Tiny little peanut! Still no name :)
On Sunday, I had the chance to run a Lymphoma Race for the Cure... I believe that this is Race Ten... whoohoo!
This was of course in Honor of my Amazing Mom and Pompa who both are my heros. I was so happy to have my mom there, and Erin... what a trooper! The day before she has a baby, she was right there with me. We had a wonderful brunch together and I loved it..... I never get mom and sister time... I wish so so so badly that we all lived closer and could do it everyday.

Erin is so brave! I don't know how she does it! I am glad you got to be there. I don't know how you live that far apart either, I only live an hour from Lacey and it kills me.
Micah, I love reading your blog -- and this post is especially touching. Thanks for always being delightful!! Love, ar :)
